Week 4

This week we continued to work on our London project. We went filming in Wandsworth and alongside the thames in central London. The weather wasn't ideal for filming at first but when we arrived in central, the weather became very ideal for filming. On Thursday we went to film in Camden and it was a rainy day which made the footage look bleak but it's London so what can I expect. We filmed for a couple of hours and then bagged up. On Friday I was viewing the footage and I wasn't happy with what we got in central. We got a lot of good looking footage but there wasn't enough to support our narrative so I decided to come up with a new theme. I decided to do a video only covering Camden. I started editing and felt relieved with the new idea. I edited the footage into a 1 minute video. I used a sex pistols instrumental for the music because of Camden's punk/rock community and cut the footage quickly to suit a younger audience.
